     The glorious legacy over half-a-century of academic prowess, T K Madhava Memorial College, has been the pioneering institution of Higher education in the district of Alappuzha. Being named after the freedom fighter and social reformer T K Madhavan, our College has always been in the forefront of quality education and a reinforcement to the backward and marginalized community in the rural backdrop of Alappuzha. The alumni and faculty of our College have made stellar contributions to the political, literary, cultural, scientific, and entrepreneurial firmaments since its inception which includes the poet and the lyricist Anil Panachooran, renowned Malayalam actor Ashokan, Pro Vice Chancellor of Sree Narayanaguru Open University Prof (Dr.) S V Sudheer etc. In the pursuit, to be a centre of excellence in higher education, our college has traversed many milestones.
