The Office of Examinations at T. K. Madhava Memorial College, Nangiarkulangara is a statutory entity established in compliance with the rules and regulations of University Grants Commission. The Controller of Examinations (CoE), who reports to the Principal, leads the department, which is backed up by deputies and clerical personnel. Its principal role is to arrange and administer all examinations in a fair, transparent and methodical way, as outlined in the Examinations Calendar issued at the start of each academic year. The examination system has been entirely automated, with cutting-edge software systems and procedures encompassing question paper development, examination registration, assessment processes, examination results preparation and dissemination, and printing of consolidated mark sheets. As a help to students dealing with examination-related issues, the exams office maintains a grievance redressal procedure. The office of exams is dedicated to ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively for the benefit of all students.
